Riviere Du Rempart

Post office opened 1848. Initially the Postmaster was D. Sailvane. In 1877 a third class office. The Post office was closed between 20th of May 1919 and 16th of August same year owing to the influenza epidemic. The building was damaged in the 1959 Cyclone. The post office was still opened 1968.
